 Able to demonstrate working knowledge of the principles, theories and concepts of computerized system validation / compliance

The program is designed to give an overview to the participants of end to end process in MSD. Trainees are given rotational overview in various areas (Quality, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management) based in MSD Pandaan Plant locations in East Java over a one year period while the trainee continue to their specific job position.

The rotational program will provide the program trainee with the opportunity to experience and build understanding of end to end process and build MSD culture. Trainee will gain working experience into specific job position in multinational company that also promotes high ethical and integrity culture and also experience, pressure and expectation of a multinational company.
